The Punjabi winter mix: cauliflower, carrot and turnip in a jaggery and mustard base, sun cured on the terrace. We only make it in December and January, and it always runs out.
500g jar. December and January only. Heat level: Medium.
No preservatives and no vinegar. Keep the jar closed, always use a dry spoon, and keep a layer of oil above the pieces. No fridge needed.
